Automation as a consequence, not a starting point

Automation only comes in after effort has been measured and the process has been optimized — which is why Renew treats this block as execution, not as the main product. The tools:

Ellevo Next: more than a workflow

Renew is an Ellevo partner and uses Ellevo Next as its BPMS and workflow automation platform, with API-based integrations. What sets Ellevo Next apart from an isolated approval flow:

The practical result: Ellevo Next makes it possible to map and optimize a process end to end, crossing different areas and systems — not just automate an isolated approval flow.

The platform also supports multichannel service (portal, email, chat), schedule- and event-based automation, advanced SLA and SLO management — including reverse SLA, calculated by criticality, date and time, client, department, process or service —, timesheets and task control, multi-region and multi-language operation with time zones and local holidays, real-time reporting, and a portal customizable with the client’s brand.

When automation comes in

In the assessment diagnostics, every improvement identified already comes flagged as automatable or not, with the target tool indicated — RPA, Ellevo Next, or both. Automation is only designed after that mapping exists, so the right process gets automated with the right tool, rather than automating whatever process with whatever tool is on hand.
