Who we are

Renew Solutions is a consultancy specializing in deploying and maturing Shared Services Centers. The core of the work is industrializing back-office processes: measuring real effort, calibrating capacity and the SLA against real need, and only then automating with RPA, artificial intelligence agents and workflow platforms such as Ellevo Next.

The team combines SSC deployment experience in high-volume operations — with a strong focus on the automotive sector, where Renew concentrates most of its client portfolio in Latin America — with the technical capability to design and build the automation that sustains the operation once it has been calibrated.

Reach

Headquartered in Curitiba (PR), operating in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. The operation in Mexico follows the location of a client being served, and does not correspond to a separate structure in the country — Renew follows the client’s operation wherever it is.
