Shared Services Centers
We industrialize back-office processes
Industry spent a century applying rigor and standardization to gain scale. The back office never got the same treatment. That is what we do: we build Shared Services Centers with industrial rigor, to capture economies of scale in back-office processes.

The problem
Back-office processes grow by accumulation, not by design: each area solves things its own way, real effort was never measured, and the promised turnaround has no relation to installed capacity. The result is always the same: a queue, rework, and a cost nobody can explain.
The three fronts
- SSC — deploy and mature shared services centers.
- Assessment and SLA — measure real effort and calibrate turnaround against installed capacity.
- Automation and AI — execute with RPA, AI agents and systems integration.
In that order: measure and calibrate first, automate only afterward.
A number, not a promise
Renew's diagnostic delivers a number, not a promise: AS-IS effort in hours per month per process, estimated gain from optimization and automation, and the amount of FTE that can be freed up for analytical and strategic work.

Explicit calculation criteria: monthly volume of each operation multiplied by the measured unit time, adjusted by productivity percentage, target utilization percentage (ideally 85%) and a safety margin to absorb peaks without forming a queue.
Featured case
For a global automaker, Renew automated the request, approval and consolidation workflow for PCNs (Purchase/Negotiation Requests), eliminating manual spreadsheet consolidation and shortening the approval cycle.
